Jinhui Liu

Jinhui came to the Gibbons Lab as a rising junior at The University of Hong Kong, majoring in Biochemistry and Computer Science. She was interested in using computational tools to better understand the association between the gut microbiome and healthy aging. During her internship, she worked on characterizing the functional gene signatures of taxonomic patterns that have been associated with healthy aging in the human gut.
